All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly line of Fourth
Street, distant in a northerly direction, 200 feet from the inter-
section formed by the northerly line of Flint Street with the westerly
line of Fourth Street, from said point of beginning; running thence
along the westerly line of Fourth Street south 7 degrees 17 minutes
30 seconds west 100.00 feet to a pipe; thence north 82 degrees 48
minutes 40 seconds west 166.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence
north 7 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds east 100.00 feet to a point;
running thence south 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds east 165.99
feet to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 8289 cp.135.
This conveyance is made in the ordinary course of business of the
party of the first part.

the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenanClls end all the estate and

And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
