28 ' West, a distance of 61.21 feet to the southeasterly corner of land formerly of
Eugene L. Lehr, now or formerly of Ragsdale; running thence North 100 39' West, a
distance of 146.53 feet to said land formerly of Koke, now or formerly of
Anderson; running thence along said land formerly of Koke, now or formerly of
Anderson, South 850 03 ' 30" East, a distance of 102.16 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with access over, the traveled road adjoining premises on the south
out to Youngs Ave.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed dated January 17,
1983 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 21, 1983
in Liber 9303 page 148.
RESERVING, however, to the party of the first part the exclusive possession
and the use and enjoyment of the rents, issues, and profits of the above-described
premises for and during the natural lifetime of the party of the first part, with
the party of the first part to pay for all maintenance and repairs, water, gasland
sewer charges, insurance charges and taxes relating to said premises.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
