by deed from, Arthur G. Pitts and Jane F. Broderick-Pitts dated October 27, 2005 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 2, 2005 in Liber 12418 at Page
t56.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first i:~rt in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHERwith the appurtsnsnces and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in end to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD lhe promises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors end assigns of the party of the second
part forever.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Southold at Mattituck, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being known as Lot No.
7 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Honeysuckle Hills"
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on October 16, 1981, as Map. No. 7019, said Lot
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING, as a point on the Southerly side of Lloyds
Lane, said point being the Westerly end of a curve
connecting the Westerly side of Sound View Avenue and
the Southerly side of Lloyds Lane;
RUNNING TltENCE from said point of beginning, along
the arc first above mentioned, bearing to the right, having
