ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and de~signated as Lot No. 17 as shown
on a certain map emifled, "Map of Harvest Homes Estates, Section One, Southold,
Suffolk County, New York", owned and developed by Mary J. C.n'igonis, survey
completed December 16, 195g by Van Tuyl & Son, filed in the Office of the Clerk of thc
