ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being ia the Town of Southo~d, at Arshamonaque, County
of' Suffolk and Stale of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 3 ~n map entitled, "Map of Subdivision Willow
Point", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 16, 1966, as Map No. 4652, said lot being bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning at a monument s~t on the southerly side of Main Road distant easterly 194.91 feet from the comer formed by
the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road and lhe easterty side of Bay Home Road;
Running Thenc~ North 58 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East along said southerly side of Main Road, 100.89 f¢~ to a
monument;
Thence South 39 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East along the we, sterly line of Lot No. 4, 155.60 feet to a monument set
on thc northerly side of Budds Pond Road;
