BEING the same premises conveyed to Anthony S. Poulos also known as Andigonos Zacharopulos and Marian Iris Poulos, his wife, by deed dated August 15, 1956 and recorded August 20, 1956 in Liber 4164 of Deeds at Page 208. The said Anthony S, Poulos died, a r~sident of Kings County, on October 6, 1961, leaving Marian Ids Poulos surviving tenant by the entirety. The said Maclan Iris Poulos died, aresident ofW~voe, Marwolaeth, County Borough of the Vale of Gtamorgan, on lanuary 2, 2002. TOGETHER, with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER, with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the premises heroin granted unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,. AND, the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
