ALL that certain, plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at East
Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a monument set at the corner formed by the intersection of the
easterly line of Rocky Point Road and the northerly line of the 50 foot right of
way;
RUNNING THENCE North 7 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West along the
easterly line of Rocky Point Road, 100 feet to the southwest comer of the land
conveyed to Rose A. Caputo by deed dated April 14, 1959;
THENCE North 82 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds East, parallel with the
northerly line of the 50 foot right of way and along part of the southerly line of
land conveyed to Caputo as aforesaid, 150 feet to a point;
THENCE South 7 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds East, parallel with the easterly
line of Rocky Point Road, and along the westerly line of the land conveyed by the
Aquaview Realty Corporation to the said Caputo by the deed dated July 23,
1959, 100 feet to the northerly line of the 50 foot right of way;
