more particularly bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
SUBJECT TO Conservation Easement, dated January 20, 2011, recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk

All that certain piece or parcei of land, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point in the southwesterly line of Isabella Beach Road, said point being
2749.40 feet West of a point that is 2258.18 feet South of a monument marking the U.S,
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NINe; and
RUNNING THENCE South 24 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds East, 164.99 feet to a point
of curve to the left having a radius of 413.55 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is North 65 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds East;
THENCE southeasterly following the arc of said curve, 280.37 feet to an iron pipe, the last
two lir~es running along said southwesterly line of IsabeIla Beach Road;
THENCE South 26 degrees 48 minutes 30 seconds West, 197.12 feet to an iron pipe;
