paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pert, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, her undivided one-sixth (1f6) interest in and to
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying

bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the party of the first pa~s undivided one-sixth (116) interest in and to the same
premises conveyed tO the party of the first part, the party of the second part, George W. Kelly and Lucy K. Haus,
by deed, dated July I 't, 2011 and intended to be recorded in the Ofrme of the Suffolk County C~erk immediately
prior ~o the recording of this deed.
TOGETHER w[~h all right, title and interest, if any, of the pa~ of the first part in and te any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to ~e center lines thereo~; TOGETHER with the apl~Jrtenances and all the
estate and rights of the partyof the Erst pad in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island (which portion is
sometimes referred to as the 'Park") lying easterly of the following line, namely:
BEGINNING atthe southeasterly corner of land owned bythe United States, known as the
Fort. H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island
Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of
the said land ortho United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called
Oriental Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of Iand of the United States,
thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore
of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound, said plot, piece or parcel of land being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northerly side of a road 40 feet wide, said
monument being 1178.39 feet East of a point which is 525.59 feet North of another
monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which
said "NIN" monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking the south
shore of Fishers island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount
Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light
ir~ Fishers Island Sound); and
RUNNING THENCE North 12' 12' 30' West, 48,00 feet;
THENCE North 19' 31' 30" East, 57.11 feet;
THENCE North 36' 27' 30" West, 72.4 feet to a stake;
THENCE North 34' 52' 30" East, 110.90 feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the
right having a radius of 99.82 feet and the direclion of whose radius at that point is South
55' 07' 30' East;
THENCE northeastwardly (and following the arc of said curve), 92.71 feet to a stake;
THENCE North 88° 05' 20" East, 273.22 feet to a stake set on the northerly side of said
road;
THENCE along the northerly side of said road South 18° 50' 50" West, 164.35 feet to a
stake marking a point of curve to the right having a radius of 261.18 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is North 71° 09' 10" West;
THENCE southwestwardly still along the northerly side of said road (and following the arc
of said curve), 109.82 feet to a stake;
THENCE southwestwardly still along the northerly side of said road (and following the arc
of a curve to the right having a radius of 151.15 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is North 47' 03' 40' West), 142.91 feet to a stake;
THENCE still along the northerly side of said road North 82' 53' 20" West, 49.90 feet to
a stake marking a point of curve to the left having a radius of 191.09 feet and the direction
of whose radius at that point is South 07' 06' 40" West;
THENCE westwardly still along the northerly side of said road (and following the arc of
said curve), 94.46 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHERWITH the following described triangular parcel which is adjacent to and shall
constitute a part of the above described homesite:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northerly side of a road 40 feet wide, said
