Shipyard Road,the point or place of BEGINNING.

October 25, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on November 1, 1996 in
Liber 11799 cp.857.

described premises'.o the center lines thereof.TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and nghts ofthe party of the first
