Brudermann to Veronica Brudermann, North 72 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West 229.13 feet to an iron pipe; THENCE along land conveyed, or about to be conveyed by Dorothy W. Brudermann to Veronica Brudermann, North 18 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East 149.76 feet to an iron pipe and land of Akscin Bros; THENCE along said land of Akscin Bros. , South 72 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds East 238.40 feet to an iron pipe on said westerly line of Reydon Drive; THENCE along said westerly line of Reydon Drive, South 21 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds West 150.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all the rights and privileges to use and enjoyment of the inland harbor Reydon Shores as more fully described in deed of conveyance from Reydon Shores Inc. to Joseph A. Brudermapn and Dorothy W. Brudermann, in Liber 1955 page 230, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on Novuuber 19, 1937. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the TAX MAP second part forever.
