Y. 119'71 PLANNING BOARD MEMBERS John Wlckham, Chairman Henry Molsa Alfred Grebe Henry Raynor Frank Coyle CHAIRMAN'S MINUTES SOUTHOLD TOWN PLANNING BOARD September 14, 1972 A special meeting of the Southold Town Planning Board was held at 7:30 pi~m., Thursday; September 14, 1972, at the Town Office, Main Road, Southold, New York. There were present: Messrs: John Wickham, Chairman; Henry Moisa, Vice Chairman; Henry Raynor, Frank Coyle. Absent: Alfred Grebe. The proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1973, was discussed and is a~ follows: EXPENDITURES: Stationery, postage & printing Advertising of Legal Notices Telephone Association of Towns Meeting - New York and Annual Planning Institute Office equipment Transportation (Fishers Island Me~ber) Car Expense @ 12¢~per mile Members Remuneration: Members* Chairman + $11,250 1,000 *Members will sign insurance wa±ver if required. REVENUES: Estimated Income (Based on 4% of Bonds) Recommend Secretary's salary total $6,500.00 min~;~mum. 450.00 1,200.00 200.00 500.00 120.00 1,200.00 250.00 12,250.00 $16,170.00 $ 5,000.00 Southold To% ..... Planning Board 2 ~ September 14, 1972 On motion by Mr. Moisa, seconded by Mr. Raynor, it was RESOLVED. that the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1973, as prepared above, be approved. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs: Wickham, Raynor, Moisa, Coyle. Ralph Tuthill minor subdivision fee to be exchanged for $40 fee from Wi~tiam Wickham, Esq. A notice was received from the Suffolk Count~ Department of Health they had approved Aqua View Park for one year. Notice from Aetna Insurance Company in reference to bonds for Harbor Lights Sections I, II and III. A copy of this notice will be sent to Highway Committee. Received a letter from Norman Liben, attorney for Mattituck Shopping Center, Inc., in reference to site and landscaping plan and drainage plan. Received a notice from the Town Board that Bay Avenue Cutchogue, N.Y.. now is to be Skunk Lane. Southold Town Planning Board September 14, 1972 On motion by Mr. Raynor, seconded by Mr. Moisa, it was RESOLVED that the minutes of the August 15, 1972, meeting of the Planning Board be approved. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Messrs: Wickham, Raynor, Moisa, ~oyle. On motion by Mr. Coyle, seconded by Mrs. Raynor, it was RESOLVED that the minutes of the August 24, 1972, meeting of the Planning BQard be approved subject to minor correction.
