and designated as Lot 14 on a certain map entitled "Map' of Corey Creek Estates at
DISTRICT Bayview", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August
1000 15, 1967 as Map No. 4923, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
SECTION BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Corey Creek
078.00 Lane with the southerly side of Corey Creek Lane, said point being also the division
line between Lots 14 and 15 on the above mentioned map;
BLOCK RUNNING THENCE from said
09.00 point or place of beginning along the division line between
Lots 14 and 15 first above mentioned the following (2) courses and distances:
LOT 1) South 53 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds West 55.00 feet;
016.000 2) South 01 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West 257.66 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds West 105.00 feet to land now or
formerly of St. Patricks R.C. Church;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 08 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds West 380.00 feet
to the division line between Lots 13 and 14 on the Map of Corey Creek Estates first
above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 82 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East
228.14 feet to the westerly side of Corey Creek Lane; and
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Corey Creek Lane South 08 degrees 54 minutes
50 seconds West 100.00 feet to the corner formed by the intersection first above
mentioned at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
by deed from SANDRS P. RAVE and MARY PATRICE TLOCKZKOWSKI dated 1/10/91, and recorded
1/22/91 in Liber 11207 CP 313.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written.
