and distances:
(1) South 69 degrees 34 minutes West, 48.32 feet;
(2) South 22 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds East, 16.81 feet to the
ordinary high water mark of Town Creek;
District THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Town Creek as it meanders on
a tie line course of South 24 degrees 23 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of
212.38 feet to land now or formerly of Doebler;
section THENCE along land now or formerly of Doebler, North 63 degrees 13 minutes
30 seconds West, 215 feet to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of
Block Joost;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Joost, North 8 degrees 25 minutes
50 seconds East, 240.13 feet to a concrete monument and land now or formerly of
Lot(s) Edson;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Edson, North 84 degrees 21 minutes
50 seconds East, 217.82 feet to the westerly line of Hobart Road, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive Easement for .ingress and egress over and
existing 20 foot wide RIght of Way, more particularly bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of a private road known as
