Suffolk Road;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along said last mentioned land
North 75 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West 275.33 feet to land now or formerly of
Ida Grodski;
THENCE along said last mentioned land North 8 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds East 190.53
feet to land now or formerly of Stan Grodski and Alexis Grodski;
THENCE along said land South 72 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East 130.83 feet to land
now or formerly of Sherwood M. Cooper and Barbara Arm Cooper (formerly of Jordan) ;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following 2 courses and distances:

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. '
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
