THIS INDENTURE, made the 9th day of April, 2001, between
SUSAN H. KWIT, residing at 155 East 76th Street, New York,
New York 10021,party of the first part, and SUSAN T.H. KWIT,
residing at 155 East 76th Street, New York, New York 10021, as
Trustee of the Susan T.H. Kwit Revocable Trust, party of the--
second part.

WITNESSETH, that Susan T.H. Kwit, having heretofore duly
executed and created a Trust Agreement dated the 23rd day of
October, 2000, for the benefit of "Grantor", Susan T.H. Kwit, as
beneficiary, and having in that trust instrument named the party
of the second part Trustee, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, and to any successor trustee who
may be designated or appointed, the premises hereinafter
described, to be held in trust, in accordance and in compliance
with the terms and conditions of the trust instrument,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
d:' BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the
southwesterly line of Old Harbor Road with the southeasterly line
of a 33.00 foot private road; running thence South 460 18' 30"
East along the southwesterly line of Old Harbor Road, 200.00 feet
to land now or formerly of Tuthill; thence South 430 41' 30" West
along the last mentioned land 120.00 feet to a bulkhead and the
high water line of a canal; thence along said bulkhead and the
high water line of the canal the following three (3) courses and
distances: (1) North 670 07' West 53.49 feet; (2) South 430 41'
30" West 1.60 feet; (3) North 510 19' West 44.43 feet to an
angle point in said bulkhead and to land now or formerly of
Wickham; thence along land now or formerly of Wickham the
following two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 20 38' West
7.94 feet; (2) South 830 36' 50" West 121.82 feet to the easterly
line of a 33.00 foot private road; thence along the easterly and
southeasterly line of said 33.00 foot private road the following
two (2) courses and distances: (1) North 290 52' 40" West 22.75
feet; (2) North 430 41' 30" East 225.97 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first. part by deed dated November 19, 1980 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 6, 1981
in Liber 8939 Page 477.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above-described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and also the estate which
Susan T.H. Kwit had at the time of the execution of the trust
instrument, in the above described premises, subject to the terms
and provisions of such trust instrument.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of
the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in anyway whatsoever, except as
aforesaid.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly
executed this deed the day and year first above written.
