Kessler and Romagnoli 61.72 feet to Cutchogue Bay;
THENCE South 08 degrees 08 minutes 20 seconds West along a tie line along Cutchogue
Bay 50.53 feet to land now or formerly of Anna Loria;
THENCE North 82 degrees 53 minutes West along said last described land 61.45 feet
to the easterly side of First Street;
THENCE North 07 degrees 50 minutes East along the easterly side of First Street
50.53 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

the easterly boundary of the premises and extending under the waters of Cutchogue

by deed dated 5/19/00, recorded 5/30/00 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
