BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of New Suffolk Road, 449.19 feet northerly along said
westerly line from Wicks Road, said point of beginning being the northeasterly comer of land now or tomlerly
of Majeski;
Running thence South 80 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds west a distance of 142.46 feet to an iton pipe a'ld lane!
now or formerly of Olsen;
Running thence North 10 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 105.92 feet to a momiment;
Running thence North 80 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 107.54 feet to a monument on said
westerly line of New Suffolk Road;
Running thence along said westerly line of New Suffolk Road South 9 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds East a
distance of 100.00 feet to the point or place of beginning.
Said premises being known as 4370 New Suffolk Road, New Suffolk, New York, and being designated on the
Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000, Section 110.00, Block 08.00, Lot 029.000.
Being and intended to be the same premises acquired by the Grantor by deed dated 5/31/72, recorded 6/8/72
in Liber 7174, Page 388 and by deed dated 4/5/86, recorded 612/86 in Liber 10049, Page 263 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party ofthe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the ~onsideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed lIS if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
