JOHN G. FISHER, residing at 300 Fanning Road, New Suffolk, New York 11956, as to
a 44% interest, NANCY F. ENDEMANN, residing at 495 Eugene Road, Cutchogue, New
York 11935, as to a 28% interest, and SANDRA LEE GANNON, residing at 910 Country
Club Drive, Cutchogue, New York 11935, as to a 28% interest, as tenants in eamon,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue ofthe power and authority given in and by said last will and

and release unto the party ofthe second part, the heirs or successors and assigns ofthe party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of
Kouros Road with the easterly side of Grathwohl Road; running thence along the
easterly side of Grathwohl Road the following 2 courses and distances: (1)
North 3" 25' 10" East, 162.30 feet; (2) North 5" 41' 10" West 25.18 feet to land
now or formerly of Fisher; thence along said la~t mentioned land, South 810 21' 3011
East, 140.0 feet to land now or formerly of Kouros; thence along said last
mentioned land, South I" 53' 50" West, 187.32 feet to the northerly side of
Kouros Road; and thence along the northerly side of Kouros Road, North
81" 21' 30" West, 141.0 feet to the corner at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated July 27, 1978 and recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 4, 1978 in Liber 8473 of conveyances at Page 582.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises 1:0 the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein,
which the party of the first part has or has power to conveyor dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue of said
will or otherwise; TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the palty of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ifit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above written.
