Thereafter, by their letter of April 21, 1988, we were advised that, although the map was satisfactory to all other involved departments, it was rejected by the Micrographics Department (a copy of this letter is enclosed for your reference). We have had a new mylar prepared by our surveyor to improve the contrast, as required. We ask that you endorse this new print, using black ink for your stamp (not RED), as directed. We also enclose one (1) paper and four (4) mylar prints, which you signed previously, and ask that they be restamped using black ink. Your co peration will be greatly appreciated. Re: Title No, 07-111609 Map Certification Subdivision for Deborah Edson Dear Mr. Bruer: We have submitted the above referenced subdivision maps to the County Clerk for filing, and the Micrographics Department rejects the maps for the following reasons: 1) The stamps in red by the Town of Southold must be done in black ink. 2) The overall map was rejected because there is not enough contrast between the background and ink, to make the original suitable for microfilming. Please have the surveyor darken the ink or use black ink. A11 other departments have approved the map for filing upon compliance with the Micrographics Department requests, A continuation of the map certificate to April 1, 1988 shows nothing further found.
