BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Fifth Street at the
southwest corner of the premises herein described adjoining land
of Lucy Horton; running thence northerly along the easterly side
of Fifth Street 100 feet, more or less, to the southerly side of
Creek Street; running thence in an easterly direction along the
southerly side of Creek Street 225 feet, more or less, to land of
Harry H. Tuthill; running thence in a southerly direction along
said land of Harry H. Tuthill 100 feet, more or less, to land of
Lucy Horton; running thence in a westerly direction along said
land of Lucy Horton 225 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of
Fifth Street and the point or place of BEGINNING.

the first part of, in and to those portions of Creek and Fifth

URBANOSKI and VICTORIA URBANOSKI, HIS WIFE, by deeds dated
March 28, 1950 and April 8, 1950, and recorded in the Office of
the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 3086, page 154.
