Home My WebLink AboutL 11940 P 978 a 01 A p by BARGAIN AND SALE DEED THIS INDENTURE, made as of January 8, 1999, among Dunewood Truglia and Ileen Parker Truglia, each having an address at 2 Short Rd., Cutchogue, NY 11935 (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Grantors"), and Daniel Petrie and Kimberly Petrie his wife, each having an address at 723 North Orange Ave., Fallbrook, CA 92028 (collectively hereinafter referred to as "Grantees").
