VICTORIA, residing at 1400 Fourth Street, New Suffolk, New York > as executor of the last will and testament of PAUL VICTORIA late of 1060 Second Street, New Suffolk, New York who died on the 1 day of November , nineteen hundred and ninety eight party of the first part, and JOHN J. VICTORIA and LUCY VICTORIA, his wife, both residing at 1400 Fourth Street, New Suffolk, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York, on December 18 , 199 8 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Ten dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows : ALL that tract or parcel of land bounded on the North by land formerly conveyed to Tecla Legmonski, a distance of one hundred (100 ' ) feet; on the East by land formerly conveyed to Frank Alex and David Raynor a distance of sixty five ( 65 ' ) feet; on the South by King Street a distance of one hundred ( 10() ' ) feet; and on the West by Second Street a distance of sixty five ( 65 ' ) feet. BEING and intended to be the same premises described in that deed recorded September 25 , 1923 in liber 8530 page 220 as subsequently corrected by correction deed recorded June 2 , 1994 in liber 11679 page 158 . Said premises being known as and by the street number 1060 Second Street, New Suffolk, New York. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ- ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
