Dill above, Xgwpi ) xW:bRf le4z pc igfAkecseatmd:pxz, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the hamlet of New Suffolk, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly side of Jackson Street at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described and the northeasterly corner of lands now of Elizabeth McKnight Dill, formerly of George W. McKnight; running thence South 710 4' 00" East along the southerly line of Jackson Street 108.45 feet to a granite monument; thence South 730 39' East still along the southerl side of Jackson Street 71.17 feet more or less to the northeasterly corner of lands conveyed by James G. Dill to Corrinne A. Gerhold by deed recorded June 9, 1966 in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 5971 cp. 100; running thence S. 160 21' 00" West along lands now or formerly of Gerhold 248.87°feet to lands now of James Gorman Dill, Jr.; running thence North 830 43' 10" West along lands conveyed by James G. Dill to James Gorman Dill, Jr. by deed recorded in, the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 8144 cp. 107 on November 19, 1976, 155.25�feet to lands of Elizabeth McKnight Dill; running thence North 60 12' 50" East along lands of Elizabeth McKnight Dill 281.19 feet more or less to the place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with an easement and right of way ten (10) feet in width for access to and from Great Peconic Bay as reserved and described in the aforesaid deed from James G. Dill to James Gorman Dill, Jr. , recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 8144 cp. 107. BEING AND INTENDED to be the premises conveyed to James G. Dill by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office to Liber 5387 cp. 483, less those parcels thereof c©gveyed by James G. Dill, by deeds recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in-Liber 5971 cp. 100 and Liber 8144 cp. 107. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the firstpart in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ- ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the•second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
