roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated
as Lot No. 35 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Bay Haven" and filed
in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 22,
1959, as Map No. 2910, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly sicb of Bay Haven Lane distant
267.72 feet northerly as measured along the westerly side of Bay Haven
Lane from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly si& of
