easterly line of Fred Street; from said point of beginning running along said

100.0 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Grathwohl two courses as
follows: (1) S. 17 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds W. 150.0 feet; thence (2)
N. 72 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds W. 101.91 feet to said easterly line of
Fred Street; thence along said easterly line of Fred Street two courses as
follows: (1) N. 23 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds E. 150.0 feet to the point
of BEGINNING.
BEING ANDrINTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
