beginning;

East, 79.25 feet to the northwest corner of lands now or formerly of Gehrung;
THENCE RUNNING along the westerly line of last mentioned land, South 6e
TAX MAP 14' 10" West, 607.0 feet to the average high water line of Great Peconic Bay;
DESIGNATION
Dist. THENCE RUNNING North 72e LO' 30" West, along the average high water line
of Great Peconic Bay, 79.22 feet to the southeasterly corner of said lands now
SP1, or formerly of Morgan;
IlIk. THENCE RUNNING along the easterly line of last mentioned land, North 6e
11' 50" East, 605.0 feet to the southerly line of Jackson Street, at the point
Lot(s), or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER, with all rights, title and interest of the grantor, if any, in
and to the waters of and land under the waters of said Great Peconic Bay lying
southerly of the parcel hereinabove described.
SUBJECT TO mortgages now liens upon the aforesaid premises, held by The
Suffolk County National Bank, which mortgage debts with interest thereon the
party of the second part hereby assumes and agrees to pay.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated June 13, 1996, which is being recorded simultaneously
herewith.
