THENCE RUNNING North 72° 10' 30" West, along the average high water line of Great Peconic Bay, 79.22 feet to the southeasterly corner of said lands now Sec. or formerly of Morgan; BIL THENCE RUNNING along the easterly line of last mentioned land, North 6° 11' 50" East, 605.0 feet to the southerly line of Jackson Street, at the point Lot(:): or place of BEGINNING.
