the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a travelled road adjoining
land of Thomas Uhl, said point being North 6' 52' 10" East 198.26 feet from
the northerly line of Orchard Street ; running
THENCE along the northerly line of said travelled road North 830

to a tenancy in common so that each of Gerard H. Schultheis and Carolyn M. Schultheis
is the owner of an undivided one-half interest in the above-described premises.
