party of the first part, and JAMES H. JACOBS, SR. , residing at 685 Kouros Road, New Suffolk
New York, 11956, and PETER E. JACOBS, residing at Indian Neck Lane, Peconic,
New York 11958,
party of the second part,
W(rNESSEPH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingtinuda at New Suffolk, in the Town of Southold; County of Suffolk;
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by Main
Street a distance of 70 feet; Easterly by Second Street a distance of 100 feet,
more or less; Southerly by land of Picher a distance of 70 feet; and Westerly
by land of Smolenski a distance of 100 feet, more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed from Mary E. Jacobs dated October 23, 1957, and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 25, 1957 in Liber 4382,
Page 555.
SUBJECT to the life use and occupancy of the premises by the party of the first
part, or the survivor.

the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
