Endenmann;
THENCE along said last mentioned land South 72 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds West, 160.00

THENCE along land Now or formerly of Withers North 08 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West,
( 120.00 feet to land now or formerly of Blewett formerly Foster;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 87 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East, 115.00
feet to the southwesterly side of Old Harbor Road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
The Grantors herein are the same persons as the named Grantees in a certain deed recorded in
Liber 5567 cp 517 and the premises herein is the same premises conveyed in Liber 5567 cp 517.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any.streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
