intersection formed by the northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue
with the westerly line of New Suffolk Lane, also known as Fifth
Street;

of 98.50 feet to a point;
2. North 06 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
of 56.00 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE from said point and place of beginning North 83

SAID encroachment easement to include the right to inspect,
maintain, repair, treat or pump said existing greasetrap/cesspool
and waste pipe(s) and to enter and depart the Servient Estate as
is necessary to the proper use of said inspection, maintenance,
repair, treatment and pumping rights.
