ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Soundview Avenue, 313.32 feet westerly along
said northerly line form the westerly line of said Soundview Avenue, said point of beginning
being the southwesterly corner of land coveyed or about to be conveyed by the party of the
first part to Mahoney; from said point of beginning running along said northerly line of
Soundview Avenue, South 60 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds West - 100.0 feet; thence along
land of the party of the first part, two courses:
(1) North 41 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West- 190.0 feet;
(2) North 60 degrees 32 minutes 50 seconds East- 100.0 feet to said land conveyed
or about to be conveyed to Mahoney; thence along said land, South 41 degrees 23 minutes 20
seconds East- 190.0 feet to the point of beginning.

on December 13, 1965 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk.
