BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line or side of Jackson Street at the north-
easterly corner of lands now or formerly of B.G. Curts; thence running South 73 degree
1J 39 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 158.50 feet along the southerly line or side
of said Jackson Street to the northwesterly corner of lands formerly of Pugsley later
r of Connor; thence South 6 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 590.00
feet along last mentioned land to the average highwater mark of of Great Peconic Bay;

the average highwater mark of said Great Peconic Bay to the southeasterly corner of
said lands of B.G. Curts; thence North 6 degrees 7 minutes 50 seconds East a distance
of 606.00 feet along the easterly boundary of said lands of B.G. Curts to a point in
the southerly line or side of said Jackson Street which is the point or place of

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Charles W. Morgan by deed dated
May 1, 1962 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5 162 at: page 4
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
j� roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
1^ and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
