Tuthill property known also as School House Creek Association and agrees to pay a pro rata share with all other owners, grantees, and lessees of the School House Creek property of the costs of maintaining at all times four (4) feet of water at low tide in the canals. Said pro rata share to be based on the canal frontage of the party of the second part, and at the fair market price per cubic yard for such work. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantor by Harrington H. Tuthill , a/k/a Harry H.
