in the pump house on said land of Kwit, approximately 150 feet southwesterly
of Old Harbor Road and for laying and maintaining a water main from
said pump house northerly to the thirty-three (33) foot right of
\ way, running southwest from Old Harbor Road along said right of
way southerly, then southeasterly to the premises, said water main
to be at least two (2) feet underground.

administrators, grantees and successors shall have a right of way
' and free access to all of the canals in the Harrington H. Tuthill ,
a/k%a Harry H. Tuthill property known also as School House Creek
Association and agrees to pay a pro rata share with all other owners,
grantees, and lessees of the School House Creek property of the
costs of maintaining at all times four (4) feet of water at low
tide in the canals. Said pro rata share to be based on the canal
frontage of the party of the second part, and at the fair market
price per cubic yard for such work.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the grantor
by Harrington H. Tuthill , a/k/a Harry H. Tuthill by deed dated July
31, 1964, recorded on August 14, 1964 in Liber 5596 at page 243.
