However DOS has to move forward with a decision. Thus if the WRP has no issues that we can consider while we make a decision early next month, we would make a decision on what has been submitted. AT this point that decision would be a GC (an OK). It appears that the applicant wants to exercise their right to wharf out to navigable water in a Creek that is dredged (passing close by the public beach) to accomodate recreational boating. 2 docks appear immediately to the NW on the 2004 aerials.
