Neville, Town Clerk Southold Town Clerk 53095 Main Road, First Floor Southold, NY 11971 Dear Ms. Neville: This office was recently notified by the New York Regional Passport Agency that the Southold Town Clerk has discontinued participation in the Passport Application Acceptance Program. On behalf of Passport Services, please accept our gratitude for your office's past provision of passport application acceptance in your community. You and your staff can be proud of facilitating international travel for U.S. citizens. As you may know, Passport Services relies on a network of 9000+ acceptance facilities across the U.S. to make the passport application process convenient and accessible for the American traveling public. So we may continue to attract highly professional government offices such as yours to the program, we have one final request that begs your assistance. We need to know how the program worked - or didn't work - with your facility's primary mission/services. If you would complete and return the enclosed, brief questionnaire, we would be most appreciative. A self-addressed return envelope is also provided for your convenience. Again, thank you for your past service, and we look forward to receiving your feedback on how the Program meshed with your other services and any suggestions you might have for its enhancement. gerely, Nancy&.
