The ZBA and FI Board Member Homing are still experiencing very poor audio
reception with the videoconferencing system installed for use during ZBA Special
Meet'mgs in which deliberations and vot'mg on draft decisions take place.

Board and Office Policies, Practices, and Activities:
Seminar on LWRP Policies and Review Procedures
At the Board's Regular Meeting work session on July 7, 2011, LWRP Coordinator
Mark Terry was invited to present an overview of LWRP policies and review
procedures as they relate to ZBA applications. Board Members also discussed with
Mr. Terry the complexity of the current LWRP Consistency Assessment Form that
must be filled out as part of ZBA applications, and suggested that the form be
modified to make it more user friendly

As per the Town Board's request, the Department's 2012 Budget Proposal with
summary cover letter was prepared and submitted for review
