Discussion with Town Board. · Resale unit of the Cottages of Mattituck proceeds under contract, applicant awaiting S©NYMA loan. · Facilitated Housing Advisory Commission meeting and disseminated minutes. · Follow-up meeting with Town Attorney regarding modifications of letter/notice to residents of the Cottages regarding annual compliance/certification. · Mailing of revised letter with annual certification to residents of the Cottages. · Discussion with the Town Board regarding setting sales price and rental price for affordable housing in addition to inclusionary zoning buyout value. · Revised housing applications to reflect modified income limits. · Preliminary discussion with applicant seeking to rent her home under new accessory apartment legislation (seeking renters through the North Fork Housing Alliance.) · Per Town Attorney request, review of Long Island Workforce Housing Act. Youth Bureau: · Facilitated Youth Bureau Board meeting and disseminated minutes. · Provided orientation to four participants for Suffolk County Department of Labor youth summer employment program. · In preparation for summer activities, procured donations from Suffolk County National Bank, Bridgehampton National Bank and Long Island Network of Community Services to underwrite expenses for Summer Jam and Family Movie Night in the Park--S2,000 in total. · Youth Bureau sponsored website photo contest awarded at Town Board. Loss Control Proqram and Executive Safety Committee: · Preparatory meeting with Jen Andaloro and Sandi Berliner to review requests for Hepatitis B shots and status of Workplace Violence Prevention and OSHA training compliance · Reviewed responses of employee surveys regarding perceptions of workplace safety. Community Development: · Notified sub-recipients of 15% reduction of funding for 2011 CDBG budget. Comprehensive Plan: · Attended one team meeting that focused on public responses to the draft Community Character chapter. · With Supervisor, meeting with Carolyn Fahey, Intergovernmental Relations Coordinator for Suffolk County Office of Economic Development and Workforce Housing regarding assistance with Economic chapter implementation. · In preparation for Human Services chapter, developed youth development survey for dissemination to the public appearing on the Town's website. · With Jim McMahon, completed site visit for inventory of parks and recreation. Other: · With Lloyd Reisenberg and Jen Andaloro several meetings to develop RFP to solicit proposals for revised website. · Represented Town as liaison at meeting in Riverhead for Suffolk County Industrial and Commercial Incentive Board.
