PARSONS, having an address of 63 Chapin Road, Barrington, Rhode Island, collectively, party of the first part, and ROBERT W. PARSONS, an individual having an address of 90 Congdon Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02906 ("R. Parsons"), MARJORIE M. PARSONS, an individual having an address of 1 St. Anne's Villas, London WI 1, 4RU England ("M. Parsons"), HARRIS B. Parsons, his heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 3.4783% interest in the Premises. Prior to the conveyance evidenced by this Quitclaim Deed, the party of the first part held an undivided 82.6087% interest in the Premises, and subsequent hereto, the party of the first part holds an undivided 65.2169% interest in the Premises. SAID PREMISES being known as Sterling Street, Fishers Island, New York.
