BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises two undivided one-eighth interests in which were conveyed to the party of the first part by deeds, dated December 30, rax Map 1987 and January 11, 1988, which deeds were not recorded, and which deeds were csigmtion corrected by deeds dated August 30, 1989 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 20, 1989 in Liber 10933 page 238 and Liber 10933 page ist 242, respectively. :c. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been inclunbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
