It being the intention of the Grantor by so doing to convey all of the remaining right,title and interest of the Eliot Hale Porter,2nd Revocable Trust under agreement dated January 22,1990 and/or of Eliot Hale Porter 2d in and to said premises to SARAH HALE PORTER aWa SARAH PORTER MULLEN. Reference is made to prior conveyances by the said Grantor of portions of said premises including one recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 16, 1994 in Liber 11689 Page 967.
