THIS INDENNRE, made as of November r7 1999, between THOYMS
J. SUEVEIER and CARMEN M. SUEDMEIER (collectively, "Grantor") , having
an address at 4 Peters Way, Fishers Island, New York 06390, and WALSH
PARR BENEVOLENT CORPORATION ("Grantee") , a Delaware not-for-profit
