Sinclair, Jr. in' premises designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as District 1000; Section 10; Block 10; Lot 6, said premises being formerly owned by the late Alice H. Sinclair whose Last Will and Testament was admitted to ancillary probate in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County on July 29, 1998 (File No. 1394 P 1998) , the said Alice H. Sinclair having acquired a portion of such premises with Donald Wells Sinclair by deed recorded March 21, 1949 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 2931 page 420 and other portions of such premises by deeds recorded subsequently thereto.
