PREMISES are the same as those described in Liber 4597 cp 297 together with a right of way for ingress and egress over a 12 ft. right of way from Crescent Ave. to Ave. B as set forth in Liber 3708 cp 119. Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor hereat by Adrnirustrator's 1jeed of Eileen Gent, as Administratrix of the Estate of Delores Gallagher, recorded in Liber 9457 at Page 87 of the Southold Land Records.
