BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises undivided twenty—five percent (25%) interestsin which were conveyed to the party of the first part by deeds, dated December 23 , 1985, February 28, 1986, November 30, 1987 and January 28:, 1988, which deeds were recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 2, 1986, April 3, 1986, December 24, 1987 and March 14, 1988, respectively, in Liber 9947 page 565, Liber 10009 page 177, Liber 10502 page 441 and Liber 10561 page 345, respectively.
