THENCE South 3 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds East along said land
of George and Grace Leone and others 381 . 65 feet to land of
Fishers Island Farms , Inc. ;
THENCE North 78 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds West along said land
of Fishers Island Farms , Inc. 130 .60 feet to land of Mildred
Andrews;
THENCE North 10 degrees 59 minutes 15 seconds West along said
land of Mildred Andrews 346 . 80 feet to the southerly side of
Fox Avenue and the point or place of BEGINNING.
