Righter � . 11941PC252 PARCEL A BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northerly side of a road 40 feet wide, and monument being 329.96 feet north of a point which is 2914.97 feet west of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" (which "NIN" monument is located near the western end of a ridge overlooking the South Shore of Fishers Island and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds East of North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound); and RUNNING THENCE North 38 degrees 32 minutes 15 seconds West, 254, 15 feet to a monument and then continuing on said course 51.38 feet more or less to the shores of Fishers Island Sound; THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, North 71 degrees 28 minutes 20 seconds East, 196.65 feet to a stake; THENCE South 29 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East, 37.94 feet more or less to a monument and thence running on the same course 205.90 feet to a monument set on the northerly line or side of sai d 40 foot road; THENCE along the northerly side of said road, South 57 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds West 11 feet to a stake marking point of curve to the left whose radius is 725.77 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South 32 degrees 43 minutes 40 seconds East; and THENCE southwesterly still along the northerly side of said road (and following the arc of said curve) 134.20 feet to the monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING. Sarah Righter (a/k/a Sarah A. Righter) died a resident of Westchester County, NY, on May 9, 1998, at which time her husband, Volney Righter (a/k/a Volney F.
