REFEREE' S DEED THIS INDENTURE, made this 1st day of August, 1997, between KATHY GAIL BERGMANN, ESQ. , Referee, having an office at 381 Montauk Highway, Remsenburg, New York, duly appointed in the action hereinafter mentioned, grantor, and GEORGE T. HAWES, residing at 475 W. Merrick Road, Val-Ley Stream, New York, grantee .
