conveyed to the party of the first part by deed, dated October 22, 1991 and
recorded on December 17 , 1991 in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber
11387 page 435 , and re-conveyed to the party of the first part by the County of
Suffolk by deed, dated March 19, 1996 and recorded in such Office on April 12,
1996 in Liber 11769 page 662 , the County of Suffolk having acquired title by deed,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE, in the case of Parcel II so described, the same premises
conveyed to the party of the first part by deed, dated September 4 , 1969 and
recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 9, 1.969 in Liber 6619
page 223 , less the portion thereof that was conveyed by the party of the first part
by deed, dated October 31, 1991 and recorded in such Office on December 17 , 1991
in Liber 11387 page 438 with a correction deed to such latter deed having been
recorded in such Office on February 7 , 1992 in Liber 11414 page 192.

1991. in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11306 page 454 and
Liber 11306 page 462 , respectively.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance With Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

BEGINNING at an iron pipe at an angle in the westerly line of a road, said iron pipe being located
4566.82 feet North of a point which is 896.35 feet West of a monument marking the United
States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN", and
RUNNING THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes 46 seconds West, 175.56 feet to a point at
the shore of West Harbor;

THENCE North 81 degrees 51 minutes 48 seconds East, 31.00 feet to an iron pipe at a point of a
